Being a Man of Faith
This Father’s Day morning, we return to the book of the beginnings. We have come to one of the most important passages in Bible, Genesis chapter 12. What we see is the calling out of a pagan man named Abram from Ur of the Chaldeans. What we learn from the call of Abram is significant for everyone this morning. For the Lord God calls all of us to give up on our way and follow him to a better city, leaving all to trust in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
